So, Thursday's weigh in went way different than I expected. It was a rough week....I went out with FH and our Best Man and his wife. I had ice cream two days in a row....not just ice cream....sundae and a flurry (like a blizzard). SO not healthy....SO delicious. I ate at a fancy restaurant where I looked up their nutrition facts and one meal was over 5000 calories! EEK! Luckily, I did my research and got the lowest calorie item on the menu. I LOST 2.6 pounds!!!!! Not sure how! I'm not arguing, though. I've lost a total of 13 pounds so far! I've been doing this a month now!
This week, I'm going to be scared. I kinda got off track....I didn't track my foods since Friday....its currently Monday. I ate a lot! I decided to go back and figure out my points, well, I know my memory isn't the best, and what I remember eating....Friday, 30.5, Saturday 26.5, Sunday 40, today was 35. I'm allowed 25 points a day. I have 3 allowance points left....this is terrible! I feel more on track now that I got caught up with my tracking and I've been reading the message boards on WW's website. The bad news, my Wii fit says I've gained weight since Thursday. And its been pretty accurate these last few weeks. So I gotta get back on track!!!
