Last night was my second Weight Watchers meeting. My weight came in at 187.2....which was 5.4 pounds less than my original 192.6. So I had pretty good success this last week. Of course the first few weeks you mostly lose water-weight, but still....its keeping me going! I got 5 marbles from my Leader and I got a bookmark with a star that says '5'. So I'm pretty happy! Plus I got clapped for!
I celebrated last night by splitting a pack of the Little Debbie Nutty Bars with my fiance. They come in 2 sticks, well, each stick is 4 points. AND I didn't go over my daily points! I used to get 28 points a day, (when my weight was in the 190s), now that I'm in the 180s, I'm down to 27 points. I retook the quiz in the book.
As I stated earlier, my FMIL goes to WW too...but she goes to the Saturday morning meeting and I go to the Thursday evening...so after my meeting, I went to my FH's ('future husband' to those who aren't on Wedding Book) house and his mom was going to go on a walk, but held off until she found out how I did! It was so sweet! (And I think she's a bit jealous, she's been doing this since Feb. and only lost 10.something pounds, I've done it a week and got 5.4) But that just help keeps me motivated! :-)
Well, I'm off to the grocery to find some healthy WW-appropriate food! Until next time, keep living well!
