So, last week I lost 1.2 pounds....somehow. I tracked my food, but I didn't make good choices. I used all 35 allowance points within the first few days, and still went over points everyday. Day 1 of the week, I had 51 points. Oops. I did not go on any walks or anything. I just layed around with girly issues. (which could have been the root of my weight loss, blood, lol, sorry, TMI)
This week, I've taken a personal challenge....to be PERFECT on Weight Watchers this week (starting Friday and ending on Thursday (day after weigh-in to weigh in). To get ALL of my fruits, veggies, milks, oils, whole grains, exercise, waters, multivitamins, proteins and so on that are the guidelines for WW ....which I've been neglecting sometimes because of too many points. I want to do this AND stay within my 25 daily points. Yesterday, I was perfect! I ate my 25 points, and got ALL my boxes checked off!!! Today, 25 points and ALL my boxes checked again! (That includes the 3 milks! Which, according to WW, I am in the 2 milk category, but the girly doctor told me, if I want to have babies in the next year, to make sure I get 3 milks....so thats what I'm doing) AND I've walked over 11,000 steps today! Yesterday, I only had slightly over 8,000, but I didn't have my pedometer on all day. So I had more....but I've had 2 perfect days on Weight Watchers so far!!!!
On a personal note, my GODSON was born Wednesday!!!!! And my FH is at a Beer and Diaper party for another groomsman of ours, whose wife is expecting next month....apparently, a Beer and Diaper Party is the boy's equivalence of a Baby Shower, lol. :-)
